4.5 stars. Italian restaurant with an old school vibe in Calistoga. The pizza was great, had the Bolzano, which came with Sausage, Crumbled Meatballs, Capocolla, Tomato Sauce And Fontina. Thin crust but not super thin, all the ingredients were very flavorful and it was HUGE for a single serving (was full half way through). This one was dangerously close to a 5 star rating if not for a tiny lack of center crust crispiniess for a slice or two, really glad I tried this one.

Had the "meatball parm" pizza at this place, and man, it did not disappoint. Pillowy crust that was mostly dry on the bottom and held it's shape. The fresh parmesan on top was also a nice touch. Also liked the huge pizza oven in the middle of the restaurant that cooked all the pizzas in plain view, cool touch.

This one was a very pleasant surprise. Cool new restaurant that is part of Indian Springs resort. They only offered two pizzas, and only for lunch. Stuck with the basics and ordered the Margherita. I expected the typical style you get at most upscale-ish places, but it was so much better. Really liked the crust, great texture. And there was something about the way the cheese and sauce came together. And very nicely sized, couldn't even finish the last two slices (could be enough for two if you added an app). Really good. Excited to have found a go-to pie in the area.
Jersey Pizza (17 Mar)

I really enjoyed this one. Got the Jersey Style pepperoni. Great crust, tasty sauce, nice and light amount of cheese, and a TON of pepperoni. Maybe even too much (it got pretty greasy). I'd really like to try this one as just a cheese without the pepperoni...it seemed like a really good foundation. There was a shitload of sauce...I happen to like a ton of sauce, but might be too much for others. Looking forward to trying the plain cheese Jersey style next time!

Surprisingly good pizza at this sports bar. Had the BBQ Chicken Pizza with chicken breast, BBQ sauce, bacon, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, sriracha onions, and cilantro. Great mix of toppings, and quite spicy! Really flavorful. Only complaint is it was kinda undercooked - could have been a little crispier. Fun place to watch a game (even though it's in the Marina), would definitely get this next time.
Secret Pizza (23 Dec)

This was a 4 to 4.5 star slice in my book. Of course it was at 2:45am, but i'm pretty certain this was one of the better cheese slices I've had in a while. Good crust, not too greasy, and the cheese sauce combo was great. I'll be returning here a couple more times to be sure while I'm here, look for a review update. PS - only downside was cheese slice was $5 - but seemed ok since this is Vegas after all.

Finally tried this chain as my work had it delivered today. Had the cheese and the ZCarnivore. Somehow this chain has eluded me, never tried it. It was good stuff...especially for a chain. Not too thick, good flavor. As their slogan goes, "Fire-baked with a crispier, crunchier crust". I could see this being a solid delivery option, there is no doubt it's way better than the other national chains. Good find, give it a shot next time you want delivery.

Good baking pan pizza. Get the cheeese! Really good, fresh ingredients. It's a taste of home.

**Review update** Upon second try, this is even better than I remembered. If you don't care about the high saturated fat and sodium, this a go-to. Great stuff. And did I mention, it's only $5? ** ... Took a chance on this new DiGiorno offering: thin and crispy. Got the pepperoni and peppers...and was not disappointed. This couldn't be more different from their original rising crust pizza... nice and thin, not doughy at all. Taking it out of the oven, it looked close to delivery style pizza. Dry bottom crust with nice sauce and cheese meld/taste. Nutrition facts indicated it's not the best for you, but give this one a shot if you see it in your grocer's freezer in need of a quick meal. Tasty!
Baiano Pizzeria (28 Sep)

This was a solid 3 star delivery pizza. Got a medium cheese. I liked the sauce and cheese, however the crust wasn’t my favorite. It seemed a little undercooked, so the bottom of the crust was a little too chewy. Definitely not a bad option for delivery, glad I tried it.
