Finally tried this restaurant in downtown SF. What a cool, authentic, unique place. First thing I noticed was how many people were speaking Italian (both servers and clientele). That gave me a good feeling - this place is legit. They serve Pinsas, which isn't your typical pizza. The dough is stretched out into an oval, and comes out very crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside. After one bite I thought this might be the best crust I've ever had. Sauce and cheese were nice as well but it was all about the crust. For further reading, I agree very much with this review:

Liked this one. Pretty new spot and so their website isn't even finished yet. Ordered the magherita, a salad, meatballs, beer and wine. The marg was quite large for the price (10 bucks) and was enough for sharing. Nice pillowy crust and great sauce that was also good with the meatballs and for dipping. Good stuff, would recommend to anyone visiting THE GAME looking for a bite.

Got a "make your own" pizza with sausage...and man, it did not disappoint. Excellent crust, thin but not cracker thin. Great cheese and distinct sausage. Thought there was no way I'd finish this generously sized pie, but it was too good. Would get the same thing again next time I'm back at this Napa pizza spot. Do it!

Was really happy to try this new-ish cool Italian restaurant. They have a big wood-fired oven prominently displayed in the kitchen which kicked the anticipation up a notch. Was gonna get the Salsiccia, but apparently they sold their last one just before we ordered. So I went with the Spicy Salami Pie (Tomato, Salami, Chilies, Marinated Onions & Provolone Picante). Kind of an upscale pepperoni. Good chewy crust - very thin, dry and held it's firmness. Liked the sauce and cheese - and quite spicy. After being a little sad after not getting the Salsicca, I'm glad I went for this one. Check it out it's a fun spot.

Really enjoyed this Neapolitan pizza. Had the Buffalo Chicken (chicken, buffalo sauce, bleu cheese, mozzarella, oregano, parmigiano) and the BBQ chicken (chicken, BBQ sauce, parmigiano, mozzarella cheese, oregano). Nice thin crust and large slices with well distributed cheese and toppings. Liked the Buffalo chicken the most, would definitely get again.

Finally tried this sister restaurant to our local SF favorite Ragazza. Got the Atomica (tomato, mushrooms, chilies, red onions & mozzarella) minus the mushrooms. Loved the thinness of the crust, the sauce, and the cheese. My only complaint was the center crust was kinda wet and didn't hold up. The slices that were more firm & dry were great, but the others not so much. 3.5 stars.

This was a solid Pizza Margarita. Good ingredients, enjoyed the crust. Next time I'd like to try the Pizza con Salsicce.

4.5 stars. Italian restaurant with an old school vibe in Calistoga. The pizza was great, had the Bolzano, which came with Sausage, Crumbled Meatballs, Capocolla, Tomato Sauce And Fontina. Thin crust but not super thin, all the ingredients were very flavorful and it was HUGE for a single serving (was full half way through). This one was dangerously close to a 5 star rating if not for a tiny lack of center crust crispiniess for a slice or two, really glad I tried this one.

Had the "meatball parm" pizza at this place, and man, it did not disappoint. Pillowy crust that was mostly dry on the bottom and held it's shape. The fresh parmesan on top was also a nice touch. Also liked the huge pizza oven in the middle of the restaurant that cooked all the pizzas in plain view, cool touch.

This one was a very pleasant surprise. Cool new restaurant that is part of Indian Springs resort. They only offered two pizzas, and only for lunch. Stuck with the basics and ordered the Margherita. I expected the typical style you get at most upscale-ish places, but it was so much better. Really liked the crust, great texture. And there was something about the way the cheese and sauce came together. And very nicely sized, couldn't even finish the last two slices (could be enough for two if you added an app). Really good. Excited to have found a go-to pie in the area.
